CRANBERRY LAKE — The Funeral Mass for B. Joyce Musson, 77, Rochester, and formerly of Cranberry Lake, was celebrated on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at St. Hubert's Catholic Church. Burial followed in the Cranberry Lake Cemetery. French Family Funeral Home, Star Lake, was in charge of the local arrangements.
Mrs. Musson died Thursday, May 13, 2010, in Rochester.
Joyce was born in Tupper Lake and married in 1953, she moved to Rochester with her husband. She then lived in Cranberry Lake from 1983 until just recently when she moved back to Rochester.
She was a Level 3 EMT and a longtime member of the Cranberry Lake Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
She is survived by two sons, Chris (Katie) and Kevin (Lynn) Kapell; a daughter, Tracy (Bob) Smith; and grandchildren, Chrissy (Jim) Marty, Jerry, Jeff (Jessica), Kelly (Gabe), Tannis and Alyssa; and great-grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan and Riley; a brother, Louie; the Musson family; and many special friends.
She was predeceased by her former husbands, Jerry Kapell and Ernie Musson; a son, Carl Kapell; and a grandson, Matthew.
