HERMON – The funeral service for Angela M. Hollenbeck Carlin, 46, of Hermon, will be on Saturday, January 28, 2012, at 1 p.m., at French Funeral Home, Edwards, with Rev. William Hart officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Clare. Calling hours are scheduled from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
Ms. Hollenback-Carlin died on Friday, January 20, 2012, at Rochester General Hospital.
Born on January 14, 1966, in Gouverneur, she was a daughter of John E. Carlin and the late Sharon Ann (Tebo) Carlin. She attended Knox Memorial High School.
Her enjoyments were playing cards, music, fishing, candle parties and living life to its fullest. She was a “traveling soul” who also had a good time spending time with her family.
Angela is survived by her father, John Carlin, Sr. and his wife, Judy, of Hermon; a daughter, Jenny Carlin, of Auburn; a grandson, Isaac Douglas, of Leroy; three brothers and their partners, Raymond and Angela Carlin, of Vermont, John Jr. and Tammy Wever, of Auburn, and Patrick and Laura Carlin, of Hermon; step-sisters, Lea and Hubert Matthie, of South Colton, Ellen Mandigo, of South Colton, Cindy Disotell, of Vermont and Amy Ashlaw, of Canton; a step-brother, Roger Disotell, of Germany; and many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her mother, Sharon Tebo Carlin; a sister, Julie Carlin; paternal grandparents, James and Pauline Carlin; and maternal grandparents, Raymond and Irene Tebo.
