Mr. and Mrs. Stephen J. Wetterhahn, of Gouverneur, announce
the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Marie, to Robert
D. Wipfler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Wipfler, Bethesda,
Maryland.
Miss Wetterhahn is a 2002 graduate of Gouverneur High School,
a 2006 graduate of SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Early Childhood Education, and a 2007 graduate of
SUNY Plattsburgh with a Masters of Science in Education degree
in Literacy Education.
She is employed as a teacher at the Hill School in Middleburg,
Virginia.
Mr. Wipfler is a 1992 graduate of Bethesda-Chevy Chase high
school, a 1996 graduate of the University of Richmond with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and
a 2008 graduate of SUNY Stony Brook with a Masters of Arts
degree in Liberal Studies.
He is employed as a teacher at the Hill School in Middleburg,
Virginia.
An August 25, 2012 wedding is planned.
